CandyCakeations Terms and Conditions
1. Ordering Process:
• Customers must place orders at least 1 week in advance.
• Orders can be placed via Website ( order form) , phone, email, instagram.
2. Pricing and Payment:
• Prices are determined based on the size, design, and complexity of the cake or cupcakes.
• Final payment is due on the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
• Payments can be made via Cash and Etransfer.
3. Delivery and Pickup:
• Delivery is free for the Greater Montreal, Laval , Saint-Jerome areas. Additional fee might apply depending on the distance.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery/pickup details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the designated time.
• In the case of pickup, customers must adhere to the agreed-upon pickup time to ensure freshness.
4. Changes and Cancellations:
• Any changes to the order must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
• Please note that all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens, and cross-contamination may occur.
6. Quality and Satisfaction:
• CandyCakeations strives to deliver high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• If for any reason the customer is unsatisfied with the product, they must notify the bakery immediately upon receipt,
and reasonable efforts will be made to address the issue.
7. Liability:
• CandyCakeations is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the consumption or use of its products.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe handling, storage, and consumption of the baked goods.
8. Intellectual Property:
• CandyCakeations retains all rights to any designs, images, or other intellectual property created for the customer’s order.
• Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without CandyCakeations's permission.
9. Governing Law:
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
By placing an order with CandyCakeations, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
